A listing platform for new-build real estate
BazaNovostroek brings new-build real estate listings together in one searchable platform: residential complexes, the buildings inside them and the individual apartments for sale. We worked on it for five months in 2023 as part of a two-developer team, building features across the Laravel 10 backend and the Vue.js 3 frontend.
What we built
Search and filters
- Multi-parameter filtering by location, developer, price, completion date and layout.
- Catalog browsing designed for large listing volumes.
Content workflows
- Editorial tools for maintaining developments, buildings and apartment data.
- Structured content, so listings stay accurate as a project moves toward completion.
Stack
- Vue.js 3 on the frontend, Laravel 10 and MySQL on the backend.
Why new-build search is its own problem
A new-build listing is not a finished flat. Buyers compare completion dates across developers and look at layouts and price per square meter as much as at photos. Filters therefore combine complex-level facts, such as developer and completion date, with unit-level ones, such as price and layout.
