How Much Does a Telegram Bot Cost in 2026

Oybek Odil September 22, 2026 10 min read

Telegram bot prices in Uzbekistan for 2026, in so‘m and dollars: menu bots, orders, payments, Mini Apps and CRM — with sources and the running costs.

"How much is a bot?" is like asking how much a building costs. A bot that answers five questions and shows a menu is a few days of work. A bot that takes a booking, charges a card, writes the order into your CRM and reminds the customer the day before is a small software product. Both are called "a Telegram bot", and in Tashkent they are priced anywhere from about 2.5 million to 25 million so'm — and Mini Apps go higher.

This guide lays out what studios in Uzbekistan actually publish, splits bots into five kinds so you can tell which one you need, and then covers the part most quotes skip: what it costs to keep the bot running.

All dollar figures are converted at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan's official rate for 26 September 2026 — 11,825.40 so'm per US dollar (cbu.uz) — and rounded. Treat the conversions as approximate; the figures in the sources are the real ones.

What studios in Uzbekistan publish

These are prices the studios state on their own pages, as of September 2026.

Some well-known names do not publish a figure at all: Texnoweb promises development "from five days" and asks you to call for the price.

Notice the gap between Innosoft Systems' 10 million for a lead bot and MX Media's 2.5 million for an info bot. That is not one studio being greedy and the other being cheap. It is usually the difference between a scenario built on a bot constructor and a bot written for your process, plus a difference in what "support" means afterwards. Ask.

Five kinds of bot, five price bands

Almost every bot a business in Uzbekistan orders falls into one of five kinds. Each one includes everything in the one before it.

1. FAQ and menu bot

Answers the questions your staff answer twenty times a day — address, hours, prices, delivery zones — and collects a phone number or a lead. No database of orders, no payments.

Market: about 2.5–3.5M so'm ($211–300). MX Media, IT Space, Open Engine and the Glotr listing all start in this band; Viento's "simple bot" is $300–700.

This is the right first bot for most businesses. It is also the easiest to outgrow, so ask whether the code can be extended or whether the next step is a rebuild.

2. Orders and bookings

The bot shows a catalogue or a service list, takes the order or the time slot, and sends it to your team. Now there is state: what was ordered, by whom, when, and whether it was confirmed.

Market: about 3–5M so'm ($254–423) for simple order bots, rising to Viento's $1,500–2,500 for a full e-commerce bot.

Bookings are harder than orders, because a time slot can be sold twice. Our Bronjoy booking bot and Mini App walks the customer through service, branch, time, confirmation and payment, with reminders arriving in the same chat. The buttons are the easy part. The work is in the state: a slot that is offered, confirmed, paid for, reminded about or abandoned, and never double-sold.

3. Payments inside the chat

Adds a checkout: Click, Payme or a card, an invoice, a receipt, a refund path.

Market: about 5–8M so'm ($423–677) at Innosoft; MX Media includes Click and Payme in its 4.9 million order bot; Viento prices each Click or Payme integration at $150.

One rule matters here. Telegram requires digital goods and services sold inside Telegram to be paid in Telegram Stars, while physical goods and services can use ordinary payment providers (Telegram's payment rules). If you sell courses or subscriptions, that changes the design and the fee. Get it decided before the quote, not after.

4. A Mini App

A real interface — catalogue with photos, filters, a cart, a profile — that opens inside Telegram with one tap. It is a small web application, and it is priced like one.

Market: Viento publishes $2,000–5,000 (about 23.7–59.1M so'm), 5–8 weeks. Few studios publish a Mini App price at all.

The payoff is identity. In our BiliMind Mini App the learner signs in without a password: the server verifies Telegram's signed launch data in constant time, rejects anything older than 24 hours, and loads Telegram's SDK only when the page is actually opened inside Telegram. Why a Mini App is a different economic object from a mobile app is the subject of Telegram is a storefront — and if you are weighing an app instead, read you probably do not need an app first.

5. CRM and AI integrations

The bot writes into amoCRM, Bitrix24, 1C or MoySklad, or answers free-text questions with an AI model.

Market: 8–20M so'm ($677–1,691) at Innosoft, 9.9M at MX Media, 25M for Innosoft Systems' business package.

Two things decide whether this tier is money well spent. First, where the AI stops: our Bronjoy help bot answers from a knowledge base, holds no write tools, hands over to a person on request or after repeated unhelpful answers, and holds billing replies for human approval. Second, whether the business can live with the bot's messages: our staff bot runs every notification through quiet hours, coalescing, rate caps and digests so owners do not mute it. We wrote about both in the human handoff is the feature.

What we charge, and what you get

Our Telegram bots and Mini Apps start at $199 (about 2.35 million so'm at the rate above), with a headline timeline of 1–3 weeks. The work runs in four steps: scenario and flows (2–3 days), build and integrations (1–2 weeks), testing with real chats (2–3 days), launch and handover (1–2 days).

What that covers: custom bot development, Mini Apps, payments and subscriptions, orders and bookings in chat, CRM and API integrations, and an admin panel with analytics. The bot is deployed under your bot account, and you get full access to the code.

The terms are the same as for everything else we build and are on the pricing page: a fixed figure and written scope before work starts, 50% to start, 50% when it is live and you are happy.

The honest limit: $199 is an entry price. It buys a well-built bot of the first or second kind. A Mini App with payments and a CRM integration is a larger project, and we will quote it as one — with the number in writing before you commit.

What it costs to run

The build is paid once. These lines are paid every month, and most quotes do not mention them.

Hosting. A bot is a program that has to run somewhere around the clock. Katov puts ordinary hosting in Uzbekistan at $5–20 a month (about 59,000–237,000 so'm); Innosoft Systems says the same thing on its price table — server cost is a small monthly amount, paid separately. A Mini App with a database sits at the upper end.

Payment fees. Click, Payme and card acquirers take a percentage of each payment, set in your merchant contract. Stars for digital goods have their own economics. Put the rate in your spreadsheet before you set prices.

CRM licences. Often larger than the bot. Upsoft lists amoCRM from 79,000 so'm per user a month and Bitrix24 from 288,000 so'm per company a month. Three managers on amoCRM is 237,000 so'm a month — about 2.84 million so'm ($240) a year, every year.

AI usage. Paid per message, and it scales with success. Our own measurements: a full three-turn booking conversation with the Bronjoy AI receptionist (a browser demo) cost about 120–150 so'm, roughly one US cent. Cheap per conversation, real at ten thousand conversations. The levers are in AI features have a unit cost.

Maintenance. Telegram changes its API; your prices, menu and staff change more often. Our maintenance plan starts at $39 a month, or you take the code and run it yourself.

A worked example: an order bot with Payme and amoCRM for three managers. Build in the 5–8 million band; hosting at about $10 a month (about 1.42 million so'm a year); amoCRM at about 2.84 million a year; plus the payment percentage on every order. Year-one running costs of roughly 4.3 million so'm, before payment fees — comparable to the build itself. That is not a reason not to build it. It is a reason to know the number first.

Questions to ask before you pay

  1. Which of the five kinds is this, and what exactly would the next kind cost later?
  2. Is it built on a constructor or written as code — and do I get that code?
  3. Is the bot registered under my Telegram account, with the token in my hands?
  4. Which payment methods are included, and am I selling physical or digital goods?
  5. Where does the bot run, and what does that cost per month?
  6. When does the bot hand a conversation to a person, and how does that person see it?
  7. What does support cost after launch?

Frequently asked questions

How much does a simple Telegram bot cost in Tashkent?

Published prices for a menu or FAQ bot start around 2.5–3.5 million so'm ($211–300). Ours start at $199.

How much does a Telegram bot with payments cost?

Published prices in Uzbekistan run from 4.9 million so'm (MX Media, Click and Payme included) to 5–8 million (Innosoft); Viento prices each payment integration separately at $150.

How long does it take to build a Telegram bot?

Studios publish 5–10 days for simple bots and 3–8 weeks for e-commerce bots and Mini Apps. Our headline timeline is 1–3 weeks.

Is a Mini App better than a bot?

Neither is better; they do different jobs. A bot is a conversation and a notification channel. A Mini App is an interface for browsing and choosing. Most serious projects use both — the bot to reach the customer, the Mini App to take the order.

Does Telegram charge for using bots?

Telegram does not charge you for running a bot. You pay for the server it runs on, for payment processing, and for any AI or CRM service it connects to — and digital goods sold inside Telegram must go through Stars.
