How parents actually start
Parents researching early development are overwhelmed by claims and unsure what suits a two-year-old versus a four-year-old. They will not buy a package from a description, but they will try one session. Most centres publish a list of programme names and a phone number, which produces messages asking the same three questions. Scheduling is the second friction: classes run at fixed times and parents need to see what fits around a nap and a sibling.
What we build for a development centre
First, programmes organised by age with what each develops, since parents cannot map a method name onto their own child. Second, trial session booking, which is the actual first step and should never require a call. Third, a visible schedule with remaining places, so parents can fit classes around a real week. Fourth, package payment and progress feedback, which is what turns a trial into a term and a term into a year.
