What parents need to see
Choosing a kindergarten is an emotional decision made on trust. Parents want to see the actual rooms, meet the staff, understand the daily routine, know the group size and the child-to-staff ratio, and find out what happens if a child is ill or upset. Most kindergarten sites offer a few photographs and a phone number. After enrolment, parents want to know how the day went, and currently get that from a group chat or not at all.
What we build for a kindergarten
First, real photography of the rooms and staff profiles with qualifications, which is what the decision rests on. Second, daily routine, meals, group sizes and safety arrangements published, answering the questions parents are too polite to ask. Third, bookable tours, since the visit closes this decision. Fourth, daily updates to parents with photos and notes, which is the single feature that turns an anxious parent into a loyal one.
