What IT students are deciding
Almost everyone enrolling is changing careers, and the fee is large relative to their current income. They want to know who teaches, what they will have built by the end, what graduates are doing now, and whether it can be paid monthly. A course page listing technologies and hours speaks to none of that, and the enquiry that follows opens with "how much", which is the worst possible starting point for a conversation about a career change.
What we build for an IT school
First, graduate portfolios and outcomes shown as work, not testimonials — the only credible answer to "does this lead to a job". Second, cohorts with real dates and remaining places, which creates a reason to decide now. Third, staged payment across the course, since paying by module is what makes a career change affordable. Fourth, a student portal with schedule, assignments and progress, which is also what keeps people from dropping out halfway.
