What olympiad families evaluate
Olympiad preparation serves a small, highly motivated group whose parents evaluate one thing: results. They want to know which coaches, what competitions students enter, what medals have been won, and whether the group is selective enough that their child will be pushed. Centres presenting general subject tuition are ignored entirely by this audience. Selection is part of the product, because a strong student will not train in a group that accepts everyone.
What we build for a training centre
First, competition results published in detail, since that is the whole basis of reputation here. Second, coach profiles with their own competitive and training record. Third, a selection assessment, which both protects the group standard and signals seriousness to exactly the families you want. Fourth, competition calendars and training schedules, plus past problem sets, which attract strong students through search long before they enquire.
