What camp parents need
Sending a child to camp is a trust decision made months in advance. Parents want to know the accommodation, the staff and their ratios, the medical arrangements, the daily programme, and what happens if a child is homesick or unwell. They then want contact and reassurance during the session, which currently means a phone call to an overwhelmed office. Sessions sell out unevenly because availability is never published.
What we build for a camp
First, session dates with real availability by age group, since parents plan the summer around them. Second, accommodation, staff ratios and medical arrangements documented, which is the substance of the decision. Third, the daily programme published, so a parent can picture the fortnight. Fourth, online booking with deposits and parent updates during the session — photos and notes — which replaces the anxious phone calls and generates next year bookings.
