What coal buyers evaluate
Industrial and utility buyers assess coal on calorific value, ash and sulphur content, moisture, size grading, and above all on delivered cost per tonne, which is dominated by logistics. Those facts determine whether a supplier is usable at all, and publishing them is what gets a producer onto a procurement list. Household and small commercial buyers, a separate market entirely, need grade, price and delivery — and usually find neither.
What we build for a coal producer
First, product pages by grade with full technical analysis, since every industrial decision starts there. Second, logistics capability and delivery basis, including rail access and loading rates, because delivered cost is what is actually compared. Third, supply contract enquiries capturing volume, destination and period. Fourth, a separate retail route with grade, price and delivery for the household market that currently buys blind.
