What implant patients research
These patients arrive prepared. They know implant brand names, they have read about immediate loading and bone grafting, and they want to understand why the same system costs twice as much at your clinic as at the one down the road. Silence on that reads as a markup. Their second barrier is risk: what happens if the implant fails, who redoes it and at whose expense. The third is the total — implant, abutment, crown, sinus lift if needed — which they want before travelling anywhere.
What we build for an implant clinic
First, a calculator by system: implant count, system class, crown type, whether grafting is required, producing a real range rather than the price of one screw. Second, cases with CT images and timelines, tied to the surgeon, because a difficult case shown in full convinces more than any copy. Third, a published guarantee page in plain language: term, what is covered, what happens on failure. Fourth, CT diagnostics sold as the first step at a fixed price — it is the actual entry point and it should be bookable on its own.
