What the community actually needs
The questions a religious organisation receives are overwhelmingly practical: what time is the service, when does the class start, is the hall available, how do I contribute, who do I speak to about a family matter. These arrive by phone and in person, repeatedly, and consume the time of people whose work is elsewhere. Donations and charitable activity, meanwhile, run on cash and personal trust, which limits both scale and accountability.
What we build for a religious organisation
First, prayer and service times with an event calendar, which answers the majority of enquiries automatically. Second, community notices and announcements in the channel people already use, rather than on a board they must visit. Third, donations online with designated purposes and reporting, which widens participation and makes charitable spending accountable. Fourth, educational resources and class registration, since teaching is usually the most under-served activity.
