How gaming clubs are chosen
Players choose a club on hardware specification, seat availability, hourly rate and whether their friends can sit together. Arriving to find the club full is the common experience, and there is no way to check. Demand is concentrated in evenings and weekends with dead hours in between, and the mechanisms that would fill them — tournaments, memberships, daytime rates — are rarely organised. Console rooms and group bookings are a separate product for birthdays and teams.
What we build for one
First, station availability with booking, including adjacent seats for groups, which is the whole practical problem. Second, hardware specifications and hourly rates published, since players compare on exactly that. Third, tournaments and events, which fill quiet hours and build the community that makes a club a destination. Fourth, memberships and prepaid hours, plus group and birthday bookings, which are higher-value and currently arranged by message.
