What beauty students are deciding
Almost everyone enrolling is changing what they do for a living, and the question behind every enquiry is whether this will pay for itself. They want the syllabus, the hours, whether tools are included, what certificate comes out, and — above all — what previous students are earning now. A page listing course names and a phone number cannot answer any of that, so the conversation moves to direct messages and the price question arrives first, out of context. The second problem is money: the fee is significant relative to income, and the decision hinges on whether it can be paid in parts.
What we build for a beauty academy
First, a course catalogue with real intake dates and capacity, because "starting soon" does not convert and a filling cohort does. Second, payment split across the course by module, since paying in stages is what makes the fee affordable. Third, graduate portfolios and outcomes, presented as work rather than as testimonials, which is the only credible answer to "will this pay off". Fourth, a student portal with schedule, materials and certificates, which removes the administrative load that grows with every cohort. Enrolment is a form that captures level and goal, not just a phone number.
