What extension clients need to know
Extensions and wigs sit between a service and a product, and most sites handle neither well. The client wants to compare methods — tape, keratin, weft, clip-in — understand which suits her hair, and know what the whole thing costs at the length she wants. She also wants to know the maintenance: how often it needs moving up, what that costs, how long it lasts. A "from" price and a gallery leave every one of those questions to a chat conversation, and the enquiry that starts with "how much" usually ends there.
What we build for an extension studio
First, a method comparison covering suitability, duration, maintenance interval and total cost, which is the decision being made. Second, a configurator by length, method and volume, so the quote is a range with visible inputs rather than a mystery. Third, a bookable consultation, short and often free, because a fitting almost never starts from a form. Fourth, maintenance scheduling with reminders, since move-ups and replacements are the recurring revenue and they depend entirely on the client remembering.
