How sauna guests book
A sauna booking is a scheduling puzzle solved badly almost everywhere. The guest needs a room that fits their group, on a specific evening, for a specific number of hours, and wants to know the price for that combination rather than a per-hour rate that multiplies into a surprise. Weekend evenings sell out and weekday afternoons sit empty, but nobody sees either because availability is not published. Group bookings are worth the most and collapse most often, held by one person on behalf of eight, with no money attached.
What we build for a sauna
First, room-level availability by hour and capacity, so the guest matches their group to a real space instead of asking. Second, transparent pricing for the actual booking — room, duration, headcount, weekend or weekday — shown before confirmation. Third, deposits on group and weekend bookings, because an unpaid hold on a Friday evening is the most expensive gap in the week. Fourth, packages attached at the booking step: food, drinks, extended hours, presented where the decision is already happening rather than discovered at the door.
