Applicants want one thing: an accurate, current list of what their specific case requires — this country, this visa type, this citizenship. That information changes often, sits scattered across embassy sites, and is the reason people pay an agency at all. Yet most agency websites publish it once, never update it, and give no indication of when it was last checked, which destroys the trust the whole service is built on.
What we build for a visa service
First, requirements structured by country, visa type and applicant category, each with a visible last-checked date so currency is provable. Second, document checklists generated from the applicant's answers, which is the service people actually want. Third, application status tracking, removing the constant "where is my case" calls. Fourth, appointment booking for document submission, since scheduling is the practical bottleneck in every visa process.
