What renovation clients are afraid of
Everyone commissioning a renovation has heard the same two stories: the estimate that doubled and the team that vanished mid-job. So they arrive suspicious, comparing five companies, and the one that publishes clear per-metre pricing and a payment schedule wins before the meeting. The second obstacle is scope: clients do not know what "turnkey" includes, and a price that excludes materials, or excludes plumbing, becomes a dispute rather than a discount.
What we build for a renovation company
First, a calculator by area and package tier with an explicit list of what is and is not included at each level. Second, a stage payment schedule published up front, which is the single strongest trust signal in this market. Third, project galleries with the brief, the budget band and the duration, so the work reads as evidence instead of decoration. Fourth, a client portal with progress photos and the current stage, which replaces the anxious weekly phone call.
