What breaks during a live sale
Live selling generates concentrated demand: viewers comment to claim items, the seller tries to track who claimed what, stock runs out mid-stream, and payment is collected afterwards by chasing people individually. A significant share of claimed orders never get paid. The energy that makes live selling work is exactly what makes it operationally impossible to run on comments and memory.
What we build for live commerce
First, a stream-linked catalogue where viewers order in a tap, which converts the moment rather than the follow-up. Second, real-time stock holds, so two viewers cannot claim the same item and the seller is not apologising afterwards. Third, payment collected at the moment of order, eliminating the unpaid claims that make up much of the loss. Fourth, post-stream fulfilment and customer records, since a live audience is a repeat audience if anyone keeps track of it.
