Where school administration breaks
Most schools coordinate through messenger groups: homework posted as photographs, announcements lost in scrolling, grades in a paper register, attendance in another, and fees tracked by an accountant with a separate list. Parents cannot see anything without asking a teacher, teachers spend evenings answering the same questions, and the head cannot answer basic questions about attendance or arrears without a week of collation.
What we build for a school
First, grades and attendance in one register visible to parents, which removes the majority of teacher messaging. Second, structured announcements and homework, replacing the chat where everything important scrolls away. Third, fee tracking with reminders and payment status, since arrears are usually a communication failure rather than an unwillingness to pay. Fourth, schedules and teacher workload, plus reporting the head can run without asking anyone to collate it.
