Who a venue site serves
A venue sells tickets to audiences and hire to promoters, and the two need entirely different information. Audiences want the calendar, seating and tickets. Promoters want capacity by configuration, stage dimensions, rigging capacity, power, load-in access and available dates, and they will not enquire without it because they cannot plan a tour around an unknown room.
What we build for one
First, an event calendar with direct ticketing and seating plans, since the audience transaction is where venue revenue and audience data both come from. Second, a technical specification pack — capacity by configuration, stage, rigging, power, load-in — which is what a promoter needs before any conversation. Third, available dates and hire enquiry handling, so the building fills between announced events. Fourth, an audience database built from ticket sales, which makes the venue itself valuable to every promoter who books it.
