How parents book a party
A parent organising a birthday is working to a fixed date and a short list. They want to see the programme, know whether it suits a five-year-old or a nine-year-old, understand what is included — characters, equipment, duration, travel — and find out whether the date is still free. Most services answer all of this by message, individually, which is slow enough that parents book whoever replied first rather than whoever was best.
What we build for a party service
First, programmes catalogued by age group and duration, with what is included and what costs extra. Second, date availability by animator or team, so the parent can see the answer to their main question immediately. Third, packages with clear pricing including travel and setup, which prevents the surprise that generates complaints. Fourth, deposits online, because a date held on a promise two weeks out is a date that frequently disappears.
