What event buyers assess
A corporate client planning a conference or a company celebration is assessing risk: have you handled this format at this scale, what did it involve, and who will run it on the day. Photographs of happy crowds do not answer that. The enquiry side is equally weak — a general contact form produces "we need an event in November", and the quoting process starts with a week of clarification while the client talks to three other agencies.
What we build for an event agency
First, case studies organised by event type and scale, with headcount, format, venue and what you were responsible for. Second, capability pages covering production, technical, catering coordination and staffing, so the buyer can see the scope you cover. Third, a structured brief — date, headcount, format, budget band, location — which makes the first reply a real proposal. Fourth, separate routing for corporate enquiries, so they never queue behind private celebrations.
