Two tile buyers
A homeowner chooses tile visually, needs to see it at scale and in a room, and wants to know what is in stock nearby. A specifier for a hotel, hospital or shopping centre chooses on technical class: slip resistance, abrasion class, water absorption, frost resistance and format availability, because the wrong tile in a wet public area is a liability. Manufacturers usually publish a photo catalogue, which serves the first audience adequately and excludes them from contract work entirely. Dealers add a third need: stock across warehouses, batch and calibre matching, and trade pricing.
What we build for a tile manufacturer
First, a collection catalogue with room visualisation and format ranges for the visual buyer. Second, full technical classification per collection — slip, abrasion, absorption, frost — which is what puts you into contract specification. Third, stock by warehouse with batch and calibre, because a mismatched batch ruins a floor. Fourth, a dealer portal with trade pricing and reservation, plus project references for specifiers.
