What moulding customers need settled
A company commissioning moulded parts needs machine tonnage range, shot size, materials you process, tooling cost and lead time, and — critically — clarity on who owns the mould afterwards, because that determines whether they are locked to you forever. Most plastics manufacturers publish a photograph of a moulding floor and leave every one of those to a meeting, which is exactly the meeting a purchasing manager comparing four suppliers will not schedule. Secondary operations such as printing, assembly and packing frequently decide the award, since a customer would rather buy a finished item than manage three vendors.
What we build for a plastics manufacturer
First, machine capability: tonnage range, shot size, materials processed, with monthly capacity. Second, tooling cost, lead time and ownership stated plainly, since that is the real commitment and the usual source of distrust. Third, secondary operations offered, because a finished part is worth more than a moulded one. Fourth, quoting from an uploaded drawing with material, quantity and finish, so pricing starts from facts.
