What a chamber is actually used for
Two audiences use a chamber website. Member companies want export support, certification, trade missions and introductions. Foreign buyers and partners want to find credible local suppliers in a specific sector — which is precisely what a chamber can uniquely provide and almost never does online. Instead both find an announcements page, and the matchmaking that justifies the institution happens over email, slowly, for whoever asked.
What we build for a chamber
First, a member directory searchable by sector, product and export capability, in the languages foreign buyers use. Second, trade missions and events with registration and post-event contact lists. Third, export services and certification requests as structured processes, since that is the practical membership benefit. Fourth, a matchmaking request flow, turning the chamber's central function into something that runs without a manual intermediary.
