How export buyers find suppliers
A foreign buyer sourcing a product searches in their own language, screens on specification, certification, available volume and delivery basis, and assembles a shortlist before contacting anyone. An exporter publishing a single-language page with a contact form is absent from that process entirely, which is why so much export volume moves through intermediaries who hold the buyer relationships and the margin.
What we build for an exporter
First, multilingual product pages on separate URLs with hreflang, since the buyer is not searching in your language. Second, full specifications and a certificate library, which is the qualification every import buyer performs before writing. Third, incoterms, packaging and volume capability stated, so the page is quotable rather than informational. Fourth, enquiry routing by volume and destination, with structured fields that let your first reply carry a real price rather than a request for details the buyer already thought they had provided.
