What off-plan buyers weigh up
Off-plan buyers are making the largest purchase of their lives against a building that does not exist yet. They compare developments on price per square metre, delivery date, payment terms and the developer's record — and most project websites present renders, a slogan and a form. Nothing about completed phases, nothing about what happens if the date slips, nothing that lets one plan be compared with another except by opening two tabs.
What we build for a new development
First, a unit catalogue with side-by-side comparison of plans, orientation, floor and price per metre. Second, payment terms modelled per unit, so the staged schedule is attached to a real apartment rather than a brochure. Third, a progress gallery with dates, which is the strongest available proof for a building that is not finished. Fourth, online reservation with a deposit, converting the moment of decision instead of postponing it to an office visit.
