Why valuations are commissioned
Property valuations are ordered for a reason — a transaction, a dispute, a court case, an insurance requirement, a company balance sheet — and each purpose requires a different report format and sometimes a different accreditation. Clients rarely know which they need. They are also working to a deadline set by someone else, so turnaround time frequently matters more than fee. Appraisers who publish a service list and a phone number cannot be assessed on any of it.
What we build for an appraiser
First, services organised by purpose with the report format each produces, since clients arrive knowing the requirement but not the terminology. Second, licensing and accreditation published, because the receiving institution will check. Third, turnaround times and fee basis stated, which is what decides the instruction. Fourth, online ordering with property details and document upload, so the work can start without a preliminary meeting.
