How buyers shop a development
A buyer choosing an apartment in a development wants to see which specific units are still available, on which floor, facing which way, and what the payment schedule looks like for that unit. What they get is a brochure and a phone number, so every question routes through a sales manager who answers the same thing all day. Meanwhile the units that are hardest to sell get no visibility at all, because nothing on the site distinguishes them.
What we build for a developer
First, live availability by building, floor and plan, so the buyer selects an actual unit rather than a type. Second, a payment schedule per unit: staged payments, down payment and handover milestones, calculated on the price of that apartment. Third, construction progress published regularly, which is the main anxiety of anyone buying off-plan. Fourth, a booking request tied to the unit, so the sales team receives a specific intention instead of a general enquiry.
