What warehouse tenants check
A company choosing a warehouse evaluates area, ceiling height, floor loading, number and type of loading docks, lorry access and turning space, power capacity, temperature regime and fire safety class. None of that appears on a listing with a photograph of a shed. Location matters relative to a specific logistics pattern rather than to a city centre, and lease flexibility determines whether a growing business can commit at all.
What we build for a warehouse landlord
First, full technical specifications per unit, including docks, height, floor loading and power, which is the entire shortlisting process. Second, access and logistics information: lorry routes, turning, parking, distance to main roads. Third, temperature regimes and fire class where applicable, since those exclude or qualify whole categories of tenant. Fourth, lease terms and availability by date, plus contact routing by required area.
