What sharing users need
Micromobility succeeds or fails on immediacy: a rider needs to see a vehicle nearby, register once, unlock quickly and understand what it will cost. Any friction — a slow registration, an unclear tariff, a scooter that will not unlock — loses the trip and often the user. Operators have a parallel problem the rider never sees: battery levels, redistribution, damage and parking compliance, which determine whether the fleet is usable at all.
What we build for an operator
First, a live vehicle map with battery level and tariff, which is the product as the rider experiences it. Second, fast registration with verification, since a slow first-time flow is where most potential users are lost. Third, parking zones and rules enforced in the app, because badly parked vehicles are what gets operators banned from a city. Fourth, fleet operations tooling for charging, redistribution and damage reporting, which is what makes the economics work.
