Who hires a franchise consultant
One client owns a working business and wants to package it for replication: legal structure, operating manual, unit economics, franchisee selection. The other is buying a franchise and wants to know whether the numbers are credible, what the real investment is, and how long payback takes. These are opposite positions and a single services page addressed to both convinces neither.
What we build for a consultancy
First, separate routes for franchisors and franchise buyers, since their questions and their fears have nothing in common. Second, packaging capability shown concretely: what a franchise package contains and what each element does. Third, legal structure and agreement work explained, which is where inexperienced franchisors create problems they discover years later. Fourth, case evidence with network growth, plus pricing by scope, because both client types are evaluating whether the fee is recoverable.
