Where chains lose control
A growing chain accumulates inconsistency: menus and prices differ between locations because each was updated separately, bookings are taken at each restaurant in its own book, and a customer who is a regular at one site is a stranger at another. Local search suffers too, since a single page for the whole chain cannot rank for the districts each restaurant actually serves.
What we build for a chain
First, centralised menu management with per-location overrides, so prices and dishes are controlled once and varied deliberately rather than by accident. Second, a real page per location with hours, map and photos, which is what wins local search for each district. Third, unified booking and ordering across sites, replacing separate books. Fourth, loyalty that works chain-wide, since a customer recognised everywhere is the main advantage a chain has over an independent.
