Two audiences, one site
A recruitment agency website has to work for candidates and employers at once, and most compromise into serving neither. Candidates want a searchable vacancy list and a simple way to apply from a phone. Employers want to know which roles you actually fill, in which sectors, on what fee model, and how long a typical search takes. A single page describing "talent solutions" leaves both to guess, and the employer — the paying side — leaves first.
What we build for a recruitment agency
First, a vacancy board with proper search and one-tap mobile applications, since candidate volume is the product you sell. Second, a separate employer journey with sectors, role levels, fee models and typical timelines. Third, placement evidence: roles filled, time to hire, retention — the numbers an employer uses to judge you. Fourth, a structured employer brief capturing role, level, budget and deadline, so the first conversation is about candidates.
