How infrastructure work is commissioned
Infrastructure projects — water systems, networks, bridges, utilities — are commissioned by public bodies and large operators who assess technical capability, comparable project experience, certifications, and confidence that the firm will still exist at completion. Procurement is formal. Firms that publish a service list and a phone number are evaluated as an unknown, and lose to competitors whose qualification documents were already assembled and whose references were checkable.
What we build for an engineering firm
First, services organised by asset type and project stage, from feasibility through supervision, since clients enter at different points. Second, project references with technical scope, value band and duration, the substance of every evaluation. Third, certifications, licences and key personnel qualifications, which procurement verifies first. Fourth, tender-ready documentation maintained centrally, so a bid is assembled rather than written, and a deadline stops being a week of panic for the whole office.
