Two kinds of roofing enquiry
One customer has water coming through a ceiling and needs someone today. The other is planning a new roof and comparing materials, systems and prices across several contractors over weeks. A single page with a phone number serves the first badly and the second not at all. Material choice is the main confusion in the planning case: buyers cannot evaluate metal against tile against membrane on lifespan, weight, cost and suitability for their pitch.
What we build for a roofing contractor
First, an emergency repair route, visible immediately, with coverage and response expectations. Second, material and system comparison by lifespan, weight, pitch suitability and cost per square metre, which is the decision being made. Third, a cost calculator by roof area and system, producing a range and a scope. Fourth, survey booking, project galleries and warranty terms published, since a roof is judged over years and the warranty is what a client is really buying.
