What candidates need from a test centre
A candidate booking an examination needs available dates, seat availability at a specific centre, exactly what identification and materials are required, what the rules are on the day, and when results arrive. Every one of those, unanswered, generates a phone call or a wasted journey. Registration typically runs on visits and bank transfers, producing queues on the days before a deadline and no way for the centre to see its own capacity.
What we build for one
First, an exam calendar with seat availability per date and centre, which is the booking and the capacity view at once. Second, online registration with payment and confirmation, replacing the queue at a window. Third, identification and rules published in detail, since a turned-away candidate is a complaint and a refund. Fourth, results delivery through a secure portal, with verification for employers and institutions that need to confirm a certificate.
