What brings people to a game club
Board game enthusiasts choose a club by its library: whether it has the games they want to try, in the languages they read, for the group size they have. That collection is the entire competitive advantage and is almost never published. Tables at weekends fill up, events are announced to existing followers only, and the profitable group and corporate bookings arrive rarely because nobody knows they are possible.
What we build for one
First, a searchable game library with player counts, duration and complexity, since the collection is the product and enthusiasts choose on exactly that. Second, table booking with live availability, which prevents groups arriving to find nowhere to sit on a Friday. Third, an event and tournament calendar with registration, the programming that builds a regular community. Fourth, group and corporate packages with pricing published, plus a teaching service, since new players are the growth and need someone to explain the rules.
