How exhibition space is sold
Exhibitors choose a stand by position: near the entrance, on a main aisle, away from a competitor. Organisers sell that from a PDF floor plan updated by hand, so two sales teams offer the same stand and someone is moved. Visitors need a reason to register and an exhibitor list to plan around, and exhibitors need visitor numbers to justify next year.
What we build for an organiser
First, an interactive floor plan with live availability and booking, since position is the product and a static PDF cannot sell it. Second, an exhibitor catalogue published before the event, which is what gives visitors a reason to register and exhibitors visibility they paid for. Third, visitor registration with badges and check-in, producing the attendance data that sells stands next year. Fourth, sponsor packages and exhibitor self-service, so logos, descriptions and documents are supplied by exhibitors rather than chased.
