How decor is chosen
A couple planning a wedding has a Pinterest board and no idea what any of it costs. Decorators quote individually after a meeting, which means the couple cannot compare anyone without three meetings they do not have time for. Venue matters too, because a decor concept that works in a banquet hall does not translate to a garden, and couples cannot judge that from photographs of other venues.
What we build for a decorator
First, a portfolio organised by style and by venue type, since couples need to see the concept in a space like theirs. Second, package pricing at defined levels, because a budget range is what allows a couple to shortlist rather than postpone. Third, date availability and consultation booking, which captures the couple deciding on a weekend evening. Fourth, inventory shown — arches, textiles, lighting, florals — so couples can assemble a realistic concept before the first meeting.
