How couples book a venue
Couples shortlist venues on three things: is the date available, does it hold our guest count, and what does it cost with catering. All three are usually locked behind a phone call during office hours, so venues lose the couples who searched in the evening. Once a date is verbally held, the second problem starts: it blocks the calendar on a promise, the deposit arrives late or never, and a Saturday in season is the most expensive thing a venue can leave empty.
What we build for a wedding venue
First, a public availability calendar, which answers the one question every enquiry begins with. Second, capacity, floor plans and real event photography, so couples can judge fit before visiting. Third, a package builder by guest count, menu and extras, producing a consistent number instead of a hand calculation that differs per enquiry. Fourth, online deposits with automatic release of unpaid holds, so the calendar reflects reality.
