How families use a clinic website
A family practice earns on continuity, not on new patients. One household comes back for years — a child on the vaccination schedule, a parent for a routine check, a grandparent for blood pressure control. But most clinic websites only serve the first visit. After that the patient calls reception, because online they cannot choose "their" doctor or see when the next immunisation is due. The quieter loss is routine care that simply never gets booked: nobody reminds the patient, and a year later they remember at a different clinic.
What we build for a family clinic
First, household profiles in one account — several people, each with their own doctor and their own schedule. Second, one-tap booking with your own doctor, without retyping details the clinic already holds. Third, a routine-care calendar: immunisations, annual checks, chronic-condition follow-ups, with a reminder in Telegram or SMS at the right interval. Fourth, doctor pages built as a choice, not a directory — who they treat, which ages they take, the next open slot. The reminder channel and frequency are set by the patient, so the system never becomes noise.
