Who lands on a clinic website
Four different people arrive on a multi-speciality clinic site and they need four different pages. One is looking for a named specialist because a friend recommended them, and wants education, experience and the next open slot. One is looking for a procedure — ultrasound, endoscopy, a check-up — and wants price, preparation and duration. One is choosing the branch on their way home from work. The fourth is a company that needs occupational health checks for a hundred staff and a contract, not a queue number. When all four hit the same reception phone number, your administrator becomes the navigation.
What we build for a private clinic
The core is a doctor schedule split across three axes at once — speciality, branch and free time — synced from your medical system so a patient cannot book an hour that is already taken. Then a service catalogue with prices and preparation notes, where each service is its own indexable page with its own booking button. Then a patient portal holding results, visit history and self-service rescheduling, because rescheduling is the most common call and the easiest to automate. Then a separate route for corporate enquiries with fields for headcount and examination type, so they stop landing in the same queue as individual patients. Plus MedicalClinic and Physician markup and real opening hours per branch.
