What an international patient needs to see
A patient from abroad is not solving a medical problem — they have already decided to travel. They are choosing who will take responsibility for the flight, the invitation letter, the pick-up, the interpreter and the schedule. What stops them is not price but uncertainty: how many days, what if extra tests are needed, who is with them if they do not speak the language. A site with a partner-clinic list and a "leave a request" form loses to one that lays out the whole route from first email to return ticket.
What we build for a medical tourism operator
First, packages as products: treatment plus accommodation, transfer, coordination and duration, with the price and an explicit list of what is not included. Second, an enquiry that accepts medical documents: secure upload of discharge summaries and scans so a coordinator can give a preliminary estimate instead of asking people to send it over WhatsApp. Third, real multilingual delivery — separate URLs and hreflang for English, Russian and your main source market, not a switcher that reloads the same page. Fourth, a patient journey page broken down by day: arrival, work-up, procedure, follow-up, flight home — the block that removes the fear of the unknown.
