How employers buy screening
Nobody in this niche is a patient choosing a doctor. The buyer is an HR or safety manager who has to screen a defined workforce by a deadline, in job-specific categories, with paperwork that survives an inspection. They need a price by headcount and examination type, a schedule that does not stop production, and a single record of who has been seen. Instead they get a clinic website aimed at individual patients and a phone number, so they call three providers and compare by whoever replied with a structured quote.
What we build for an occupational health provider
First, packages by job category and hazard type, priced per employee so a quote can be assembled without a meeting. Second, group scheduling: batches of employees across days and shifts, on site or at the clinic. Third, an employer portal showing who is examined, who is outstanding and where the certificates are — the artefact HR actually needs. Fourth, a contract enquiry form that captures headcount, categories and deadline, routed away from the individual patient queue so it reaches the person who prices it.
