Most people replace shoes they could have repaired, because they do not know what is possible or what it costs. A resole, a heel, a zip or a stretch is a fraction of the price of new footwear, and none of it is published anywhere. Customers with expensive shoes are also nervous about handing them to a stranger. Photo assessment solves both: it shows what can be done and gives a price without a trip.

Second, photo assessment, which gives a price remotely and removes the wasted journey. Third, pickup and delivery, because the two trips currently required exceed the value of the repair for most people. Fourth, leather care and restoration as a premium service, for the customers whose shoes justify it.
