What cargo clients need
Importers bringing goods from Turkey are usually small traders and shop owners working on thin margins and tight timelines. They need a rate per kilogram and per cubic metre, a realistic transit time, clarity on customs, and constant reassurance about where their consignment is. All of it is currently answered by a person in a chat, inconsistently, dozens of times a day. New clients cannot distinguish one cargo service from another at all.
What we build for a cargo service
First, a rate calculator by weight and volume with transit times by shipping mode. Second, consolidation tracking — received at warehouse, loaded, in transit, cleared, ready — visible without asking. Third, a client cabinet holding shipments, documents and history. Fourth, supplier pickup in Turkey and customs guidance in plain language, since the fear of clearance problems is what stops new importers from starting.
