How sellers choose a fulfilment partner
An online seller outsourcing fulfilment is calculating whether it is cheaper than doing it themselves, which requires per-order picking, packing, storage and returns pricing. Providers who quote after a meeting cannot be modelled and are excluded. Integration is the second gate: if the provider cannot connect to the seller storefront and marketplaces, orders have to be transferred manually and the whole arrangement fails. Returns handling is the hidden cost that decides profitability.
What we build for a provider
First, transparent pricing per order, per item, per storage unit and per return, so a seller can model the decision without a call. Second, integrations with storefronts and marketplaces listed explicitly, since that determines feasibility. Third, client stock visibility with movement history, which is what replaces the seller own warehouse knowledge. Fourth, returns handling described, because that is where fulfilment relationships break down and where sellers have been burned before.
