Why aggregators fail
A delivery platform has to satisfy merchants who want orders and reliability, customers who want speed and accuracy, and couriers who want predictable earnings. Couriers are the side that collapses first: unpredictable income, slow payouts and an app that wastes their time. Dispatch logic determines unit economics, and most platforms discover too late that their delivery cost exceeds what anyone will pay.
What we build for a platform
First, courier tooling built properly: transparent earnings, fast payouts, sensible shift planning, because supply retention is the survival problem. Second, dispatch and batching logic tuned to real geography, which is what makes the economics work at all. Third, merchant onboarding with menu and stock management, since merchants leave when the integration is painful. Fourth, operations dashboards showing cost per delivery by zone and hour, without which pricing is guesswork and a subsidised delivery looks like growth.
