Where logistics operations break
Logistics businesses outgrow spreadsheets quickly: shipments tracked in one file, routes planned by memory, warehouse stock in another file, and client communication in messengers. Nothing reconciles, capacity is guessed at, and the cost per shipment is unknown. Off-the-shelf systems are either enormous and expensive or assume a business model that does not match how the company actually works.
What we build
First, order and shipment management as the single record, replacing the files that disagree. Second, route planning and optimisation against real vehicle and driver constraints, which is where fuel and time are actually saved. Third, warehouse operations — receiving, picking, dispatch — with stock that matches reality. Fourth, integrations with client systems, marketplaces and accounting, plus tracking, since manual data transfer is where most operational errors originate and where a growing business quietly loses its margin.
