Where fleets lose money
A company running vehicles typically knows total fuel spend and nothing else: not consumption per vehicle, not whether fuel cards match tank capacity, not which drivers cost most in fuel and repairs, not when maintenance is due until something fails. Maintenance is reactive, which is the most expensive way to run vehicles, and cost per kilometre — the only number that matters — is unknown.
What we build for a fleet operator
First, vehicle tracking with fuel monitoring, which is where the losses are and the first thing that pays for the system. Second, maintenance scheduling by mileage and hours, converting reactive repairs into planned ones. Third, driver behaviour and cost attribution, since fuel and tyre consumption vary enormously between drivers. Fourth, cost per kilometre per vehicle, plus document and compliance tracking, which is what lets a manager decide what to keep and what to replace.
